Teacher Jo Walter is a professional storyteller
who offers special birthday parties for kids from 3 years old
through elementary school in our main classroom.
We warm up with “getting to know you” games. After an interactive
story, we sing "play along" songs selected for the age range of the
partygoers. The games we play are cooperative and non-competitive –
everybody wins!
A craft activity is a free option if the birthday child wants it. A
small playground is available in nice weather.
With our commitment to recycling, and with
consideration for recent concerns about imported plastic toys, we
recommend that you don't supply traditional goodie bags. We'll be
happy to supply paper goodie bags with some natural surprises
inside!
We supply plates, cups, forks, and napkins. And we do the washing up
afterwards!
The 2 1/2 hour party includes our child friendly
site and Ms. Jo to organize and lead the fun for up to 10 children. |
